Capital Sisters announces, in conjunction with International Women’s Day 2015, that its pilot bond initiative has raised over $1 million in investment capital for micro loans to entrepreneurial women in developing countries, to help them build their businesses, improve the livelihoods of their families and make greater contributions to their communities. This $1 million will fund 10,000 micro loans and impact over 50,000 individuals.
