This Pledge constitutes a statement of intention, and does not constitute a binding agreement by Investor or Capital Sisters. An investment in the bonds may only be made upon the submission of a New Account Application Form and payment of the Investment Amount in accordance with the instructions and procedures described in the Prospectus, dated December 31, 2023, for the Capital Sisters Investment Notes (the ‘Prospectus’).
